Students arriving during Welcome Week are eager to plug into their new city which is exactly why we chose Sept 20th to host this expo.

Professionals with time, energy, and genuine interest in finding their people. Community members who've been meaning to "look into that" for months. They're all coming to one room on September 20th — already bought in, already open.

You don't have to chase them on social media or hope your post reaches the right person. We've done that work for you.

We will be taking over the booths inside the market which means you will have your own dedicated space, all you need is to bring banners to attract people over!

Outside of the market we will provide the tables, all you have to do is bring your materials.

Booths are limited inside. You’re welcome to indicate your preference so we can assign you to a booth appropriately.

In your application you will have a chance to share what your vision is for a demonstration. This will be important to indicate if you want this so we can make sure you have the appropriate space as inside space will be more restrictive.

This enables us too make the event completely free to the attendees while covering venue costs and the cost of the staff to help set up and take down.

For $50 (charities) or $70 (businesses), you get a dedicated booth in front of hundreds of Guelph residents who didn't stumble in, they came here specifically to find community. No Facebook ad, flyer, or cold email gets you that. These are warm, ready people with their walls already down.

Spots are limited and this is the most direct line to your next member, volunteer, or client that Guelph has ever seen.
